Bug:
Link to "All Streams" on page admin/viewstream.jsp is broken, linking to /admin/clickstreams.jspjsp

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Create build a new Spring MVC appfuse generated project
2) mvn jetty:run-war
3) login as admin/admin
4) go to Clickstream on Admin menu
5) click a stream to get to page /admin/viewstream.jsp
6) click link on right hand side with text "all streams"
7) Broken Link result

Expected behaviour:
link back to /admin/clickstreams.jsp instead of /admin/clickstreams.jspjsp
