Description

A thing I've noted is the translation! It is with old translation
option not with that one decided in this post:

Does the following make sense? For both _pt and _pt_BR?

userForm.enabled=Habilitada
userForm.accountExpired=Expirada
userForm.accountLocked=Bloqueada
userForm.credentialsExpired=Senha Expirada

"Conta" seems to be repetitive since all these fields are contained in fieldset labeled with "Configurações da Conta".
