Tried to upgrade on 12/28/2006. Found the following issues:

Two issues remain:

HtmlUnit/WebTest don't work with Dojo:

http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1782719&group_id=47038&atid=448266

The contrib:Table component doesn't work like it did in 4.0.x.

Finished work in SVN. Note that APF-859 and APF-860 are open issues related to this upgrade.
